EVENT INFORMATION

- No Food or Picnics this year due to Weather! -

NO FOOD TRUCKS this year unfortunately.  There is a cash bar available; however, NO FOOD OR DRINK in the auditorium!  Feel free to "tail-gate" if you like but no food or drink is allowed inside the auditorium.  

A chair is not needed for the Concert.  We have comfortable seating available for you in the Performing Arts Center Auditorium at the school!!

What we ask is that you consider reuseable containers for your picnic items in order to minimize the amount of waste that our event generates. Help us to make this a green event. We would also like to minimize the amount clean-up needed after the event. So even if you see trash that does not belong to you, be a good neighbor and dispose of it in the bins provided around the grounds.

- 2018 Schedule -

Due to bad weather, our gate is at 3100 Doctors Lake Drive this year.  The Doors to the Concert Hall (INDOORS!!) will open at 6pm and the Symphony downbeat will be at 8pm.  A silent auction is available and proceeds benefit our scholarship fund.  

DIRECTIONS

- General Admission Parking -

This year, parking for those with general admission tickets or Patron passes will be at 3100 Doctors Lake Drive in Orange Park. 

- Patron Parking -

Parking for those with patron tickets will be on the St. Johns Country Day School grounds. Patrons will enter through the Doctors Lake Drive entrance to St. Johns Country Day School and directed to the patron parking area.
